What’s worse than feeling nauseous all day long, especially when you’re pregnant? Try these 6 tips to avoid morning sickness:

1. Avoid foods that cause nausea – caffeine, foods with a strong scent like cruciferous vegetables, and seafood
2. Replace those foods with foods that are more mild in flavor – rice, fruit, cooked vegetables, organic chicken, bone broth
3. Do not skip meals
4. Try acupuncture
5. Use essential oils – chamomile, lavender, ginger, peppermint
6. Light exercise
