π Administration / Usage:
β It is recommended 1-3 tablespoons a day, preferably on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals, but not later than 6 p.m.
β As an immune-stimulating tonic, it can be administered on a long-term basis, but at 4 weeks a break of 2 weeks is recommended.
β For bronchitis, cough, sore throat and other respiratory ailments, the dose can be increased to 5-6 tablespoons per day, but for short periods of time, maximum 3-4 days. In these situations, try not to swallow the mixture quickly, let it sit in your mouth as long as possible (possibly under your tongue). The anti-microbial, antiviral and antibiotic properties of this remedy will soothe cough and inflammation in the throat.
β Another method of administration is to put in a glass a spoonful of the mixture formed (including lemon) over which we pour ~ 200 ml of lukewarm water (below 40ΒΊC so as not to destroy the properties of pollen and honey), mix and then consume the mixture with small sips.
