In fact, both honey and lemon contain lots of health benefits due to their nutrients and medicinal properties.

The juice of half a lemon;
1 teaspoon of honey;
Boil the water. Once it has boiled, let it cool.
While water is still warm, add the lemon and honey, and mix well. The ideal temperature of the water is between 98° and 105°F. If it’s too hot, many of the honey’s properties may be lost.
It is recommended that you drink this mixture as soon as it’s ready, and on an empty stomach.
