This is my special Anti-Viral & Anti-Inflammatory Lunch during this Lockdown / quarantine / self isolation period. The ingredients that I have used boosts our immunity. I learnt this recipe from my Grandmother. She used to make it whenever someone at home is ill with cold, flu, fever.

This makes you better soon and also helps to recover fast, and improves the smell and taste after an illness. Its a great food for increasing immunity in kids too. I hope you enjoy it!
