This Homemade Seasoning Will Help Your Indigestion

Have you ever felt discomfort after eating too much?

1 teaspoon of sea salt;
1 tablespoon of coriander seeds;
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds;
½ cup of toasted sesame seeds;
¾ cup of pistachio;
¼ teaspoon of black ground pepper.

Toast the pistachios and the seeds using a frying pan in medium heat.
After that, transfer to a food processor and add the salt and pepper.
When everything is blended, store the mix in a sealed container and use it to season your food, from rice to meat.
This mixture of spices is a good natural seasoning that can help you in cases of indigestion.
Besides that, remember that mint, salvia, chamomile, rosemary and even green tea can be good for you.
